Who is RIKOMA
RIKOMA is a family-run Slovak staffing company based in Bardejov. Behind RIKOMA stands a team with over 15 years of experience in temporary work assignment to German warehouses and logistics centres.
We focus on one segment and do all of it: worker selection, interviews, housing, transport, onboarding coordination and support throughout the entire cooperation. Our goal is not to send people once, but to maintain long-term partnerships where the company knows the staff will come and stay.
We work with valid permits for temporary work assignment on both the Slovak and German sides (including the AÜG-Erlaubnis for assignment to Germany). We are verifiable and happy to prove it — you'll find the registration details and documents in the footer, or we'll send them on request.
